- 59.14 ml oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 453.59 g chicken, thinly sliced
- 118.29 ml roasted cashew nuts
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 59.14 ml sliced red bell pepper

Sauce
- 29.58 ml fish sauce
- 29.58 ml oyster sauce
- 29.58 ml sugar
- 0.61 ml white pepper
- 4.92 ml cornstarch, dissolved in a little water
directions
- Heat a large skillet then add the oil, garlic, chicken, the sauces, sugar and pepper. Turn the heat to high and reduce the sauce until a glaze forms. If the sauce is not reduced and is thin, add enough of the cornstarch mixture to produce a thick sauce. Mix in the roasted cashews and then turn the mixture onto a serving dish. Garnish with the green onion and bell pepper. Serve with jasmine rice.

I actually made this unrated recipe for my daughter's bday dinner! Because of the unfamiliar smell, we were really unsure while cooking; but the finished product is amazing! We thought salty, but we used salted cashews. The saltiness is perfect though with the rice. I accidently tossed the recipe, and we spent hours trying to find it. Print this and put it in a safe place. Here it is, definitely a keeper!
