Cold Thai Noodles With Shrimp

The recipe is from Pillsbury and makes a fantastic quick dinner on a hot summer eve.

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a rolling bowl
  2. Add the spaghetti and cook as directed on package; rinse with cold water to cool.
  3. While the spaghetti is cooking, combine the pea pods, bell pepper, shrimp and peanut sauce in a large bowl.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti; toss gently to mix and serve.

I made this for the April 09 Aussie/Kiwi Swap. It was quick and easy. I didn't include the red peppers as a personal preference. I will definitely keep this recipe.
