  1. This is a really fantastic tasting meal and super easy and quick weeknight meal! I will add a jalepeno as I can't find the chili but with or without it it's still really good!<br/>UPDATE: I make this all the time and it's so good. So flavourful! I just grate the ginger (which I peel and keep in the freezer) and it's a very delicious and quick meal.

  2. Very good, very easy! Sprinkling with some fresh lime juice at the end makes it extra tasty!

  3. This was a 5 star for sure. I followed the directions to a tee. (Sub jar ginger for fresh.) At the very end I did add a bag a stir fry veggies, cooked 5 min. Served with rice. Very tasty. Very good. A little greasy due to the pork. Entire family enjoyed it.

  4. I've never made anything like this before and it was awesome! Could not find thai chilis so I used two jalepenos - about 2.5 inches each, capped and diced, seeds and all included. This made it spicy but not overwhelming. I also used jarred chopped ginger, probably closer to 1/3 cup. Served it with rice and a green salad at a dinner party and everyone loved it. Very easy to make.

  5. Really easy (5 stars) and tasty (4 stars). Used a little less ginger - probably 2 T. Served with stir-fried snow peas and rice. Thx for sharing.

Tweaks

  1. I made this two weeks ago and forgot to rate it! It was very good! I however made changes. Due to some comments about the ginger being overpowering, I used 2 tablespoons of ground ginger instead. Instead of the onions, I used 3 cups of Asian frozen vegetables and omitted the cilantro (personal preferance). I served this over white jasmine rice. Will definetly be making this again. Thank you for sharing.
