I doubled the recipe and there still wasn't enough sauce for 1 package of noodles. It was also too spicy. I'm still on the lookout for a really good Pad Thai recipe.

I love Pad Thai and although I've tried to make it myself (without a recipe), THIS TIME WAS GREAT! I only followed steps 5 - 11 without shrimp and used rice noodles and it was OUTSTANDING! I'll never BUY Pad Thai again! THANKS!

I quite liked this. Most pad thai recipes have ingredient lists a mile long, requiring some pre-planning at the grocery. This one is nice and simple, quick and easy, has a very nice flavour. Made a great side dish. I did cut back on the chili sauce because i know the brand i use is just wicked hot (used 2 tsp instead of tbsp, and the dish was just a little hot - suitable for whole family). Also used half the oil (or less) with no negative effects. There is no "sauce" to speak of - just tasty spiced-up noodles. Mmm.
