My DH gives this chicken 3 stars. I followed this recipe the way it was written except I only put in 1tsp of pepper flakes. I knew it would be too hot if I added a full tbsp. I could have added another 1/2' to 1 tsp, I think.

Ms Holly you have a winner!!! I didn't change a thing, I added 2 cubed potatoes to the pan while baking, and it was AMAZING! My husband wants this in "heavy rotation" which translates to once a week. Thanks so much!

Wonderful flavor, and so incredibly easy to make. We increased the crushed red pepper quite a bit, marinated 3 hours - next time we'll go for overnight, though, as we ended up fighting over the skin :) Thanks for sharing an amazing recipe!

This was awesome! I really was afraid of using the fish sauce - that just does not sound very good, but I did it anyway. I let it marinade about 8 hrs and cooked as stated. The meat was very tender and moist and very flavorfull. I'll definitely make this again and not change a thing!

This was a really flavorful, juicy bird! We had it for dinner tonight and everyone loved it. I only marinated it for 2 hours and it was still flavorful. Next time I will try overnight. Thanks for posting this.
