We really loved these kebabs. Great flavour, exactly how we would like these to taste. The satay sauce was really exceptional, something that you'd expect in a restaurant. I followed the recipe to a T apart from using Tabasco sauce to replace the cayenne (as I didn't have any). The whole family agrees that this is a make again recipe!
