Thai Tea

"If your not drinking Thai beer, Thai iced tea is the way to go. It is a native-grown red-leafed tea which is spiced with star anise seed. It is usually brewed strong and then blended with a rich swirl of evaporated milk. Delicious"

  1. This was vey good! Thai tea is one of my favorite summer beverages. This is a simpler version and somewhat lighter that others I have tried, and the method produces a fairly similar version to what I have been served in Thai restuarants. Thanks for sharing!
